Drive, drive, and some more driving. Driving experience is extremely valuable. Any amount of experience is beneficial. Even small trips, such as driving to the grocery store with your parents. The more experience you have behind the wheel, the more confident you will become.
If possible, take some driving lessons from a driving school which is “Licensed under the Motor Vehicle Act. Even just one or two lessons can be extremely beneficial. Instructors can help you learn proper driving techniques while also pointing out any 'bad' habits your parents may have unknowingly passed on to you (sorry Mom and Dad). They can also tell you what to expect on the exam.
